Davicon Mezzanine Floors, the Brierley Hill-based designer, manufacturer and installer of mezzanine flooring, has completed the acquisition of Trison Holdings (also known as DeMet Colourcoat), a small local fabricator with laser-cutting and powder-coating capabilities.

Davicon was acquired from Welconstruct Plc in late 2009 after the business went into administration. The business has been profitable every year since the acquisition and continues to explore organic and acquisitional opportunities for growth.

The investment was funded by Davicon alongside facilities from Centric Commercial Finance and due diligence support was provided by George Green of Cradley Heath.
