Jessar Engineering was a turned parts business based in the West Midlands.
Jessar was part of the initial Anglo group acquired by GIL in 1991 and made a number of small acquisitions during its time in the portfolio, including Excelda Precision in 1992. It was eventually sold to Kurtbrook Limited in 1998.
